Summer Sweet Slaw |
Ingredients
1/2 of a cabbage, course chopped
1 large carrot, grated
6 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
2/3 c. balsamic mayonnaise (I used Hellmann's)
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
pepper to taste
Mix the mayonnaise, honey, cardamom and pepper in a small bowl. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot and tomatoes. Pour the mayo mix over the veggie mix and combine well. Refrigerate for an hour or two before serving to let all those yummy flavors meld together.
